This is in continuation to Council's Circular dt. 24.5.2004.

In this connection, I am directed to inform that considering the latest information on record, 73rd Central Council of the PCI in its meeting held in September , 2004 has noted that the Council has already given repeated No. of chances to clear the backlog students of Education Regulations , 1981. In view of it and in the best interest of the profession it was decided to reiterate the decision of 72nd Council (April , 2004) and not to give further chances to Education Regulations , 1981 students to clear the examinations.
