REVISED SIF's (REPEALING EARLIER SIF) IMPLEMENTED W.E.F. 2007-2008 ACADEMIC SESSION

Note :- Please note that -

1) earlier SIF has been repealed.

2) The following new SIF's have been introduced w.e.f. 2007-2008 as placed on website.

•  Standard Inspection Format (S.I.F) for institutions conducting D. Pharm course (SIF-A)

•  Documents to be submitted with SIF-A

•  Standard Inspection Format (S.I.F) for institutions conducting B. Pharm course (SIF-B)

•  Documents to be submitted with SIF-B

• Standard Inspection Format (S.I.F) for institutions conducting D. Pharm and B. Pharm course (SIF-C)

• Documents to be submitted with SIF-C

3) it is the responsibility of the institution to download the revised applicable SIF proforma from the Council’s website and submit the same duly filled in within the due date as per below schedule. No separate SIF will be sent by the PCI.

SIF SUBMISSION SCHEDULE

If the D.Pharm/B.Pharm course is approved upto	Last date of SIF submission
2008-2009 academic session	30.9.2008
2009-2010 academic session	30.9.2009
2010-2011 academic session	30.9.2010
2011-2012 academic session and so on....	30.9.2011


4) institutions running both D.Pharm & B.Pharm course simultaneously shall submit SIF-C only.   They need not submit separate SIF for diploma (SIF-A) and degree (SIF-B).

5) Old SIF if submitted will be rejected & no correspondence on this issue will be done by PCI.

6) SIF received after the due date will not be entertained by the Council and the consequences thereof shall rest on the institution.
